Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of Get Out of the Hotel and Do Something (the "Service"), operated by Christopher Stork ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or buy a subscription, you are contracting with Christopher Stork. By continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms.
The service
The Service reads airline crew schedules you upload or paste and uses AI to suggest layover itineraries near your hotel. A free account includes one decode; the Crew Monthly subscription includes up to 10 trip decodes per month.
Your account
You must be of legal age, provide accurate information, and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, fraud, or spam.
- No infringement of others' intellectual property, and only upload documents you have the right to use.
- No interference with security: malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing usage limits.
- No reselling or redistributing the Service.
AI-generated suggestions
Itineraries are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or out of date (opening hours, events, travel times). Verify details yourself. Suggestions are not a substitute for your own judgement, company rules, or crew rest requirements. You are responsible for what you upload and how you use the results. We may remove content, filter outputs, or restrict accounts that misuse the AI features.
Intellectual property
Christopher Stork owns the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You keep ownership of documents you upload and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service. Rights-holders can report infringing content via the contact below; repeat infringers will be suspended.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.
Service level
We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. When your account ends, your saved trips are deleted.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Christopher Stork resides.
